WMPTE: January 1984
A new bus / rail interchange has been opened at Cradley Heath as the first stage of improvements - the rail station is at present being remodelled.
A major scheme of alterations has been introduced in Halesowen and Warley areas. The main alterations were as follows:
Service 9 extended to Stourbridge and 9N extended to Halesowen.
Services 225 and 226 have been withdrawn between Dudley and Halesowen and this section has been replaced by Service 297.
The route of Service 240 has been amended in the Overend area.
Service 242 has been withdrawn between Halesowen and Hasbury and also re-routed in Old Hill and Halesowen.
Kinver is now served by Service 250 from Stourbridge.
Service 297 has been re-routed in Hasbury / Halesowen area and extended to Dudley.
Timetables revisions have been introduced on Services 257, 289, 290, 291, 293, 294, 296, 298 and 299.
