Midland Metro Works
Details:
Due to the works for the Midland Metro Extension, The Embankment, Merry Hill Centre, will be closed to traffic between Monday 17 January and Monday 21 February, Service 8 will be on diversion during this time.

Service 8 towards Wolverhampton: Merry Hill Bus Station, The Boulevard, Mill Street, Venture Way, Level Street, Waterfront Way, normal line of route.

Service 8 towards Wollaston Farm: Reverse of above route.

Birmingham - Hagley Road

Highway Reconstruction Works
Details:
From Sunday 23 January to Friday 28 January and Sunday 30 January to Friday 04 February, each night between 21.00 and 05.00, Hagley Road between Five Ways and Vicarage Road, will be closed for highway reconstruction works ahead of the opening of the West Midlands Metro extension to Edgbaston.

Service 9 from Birmingham: Via Five Ways, Calthorpe Road, Harborne Road, Chad Road, Hagley Road, then normal lines of route.

Service 9 to Birmingham: Route is unaffected by these works and will continue to use normal line of routes.

Details:
From Monday 24 January until Friday 28 January, Lawnswood Avenue and Mount Pleasant will be closed for emergency gas main repair works.

Service 17 will be diverted via Balmoral Road, Lawnswood Road, along full length of Cot Lane then normal line of route in both directions.

From Friday 04 February to Monday 07 February, each night between 19.00 and 06.00, Cleveland Street and Summer Row will be closed for public realm improvement works.

Service 16 from Wolverhampton Only: Diverted via Chapel Ash, Ring Road St Marks, Ring Road St Johns, Snow Hill, Garrick Street then normal line of route.
